Will Kurtz  Partner

Will Kurtz is a founding principal of Pellō, where he focuses on project sourcing, acquisition, and underwriting, while also overseeing project and construction management activities.

Prior to founding Pellō, Will worked as a Design Engineering Consultant and in Investment Property Acquisition for a group of local investors. The acquisition fund focused on cash-flowing, mixed-use spaces in urban corridors with future development potential.

Before relocating back to Colorado, Will was a Facilities Design Engineer with Schlumberger Oilfield Services in Houston. Highlights included leading a 150,000-square-foot manufacturing facility redesign to integrate manufacturing lines from a decommissioned facility from Ponca City, OK and designing and implementing a new production method for oil well drill bits that increased production capacity by 200% and enabled an annual savings of $1.6 million.

Will also spent several years working as an offshore Field Engineer in Denmark, where he designed, coordinated, and led coiled tubing operations on offshore oil and gas installations.

Will currently lives in Downtown Littleton, CO, and fills any spare time with skiing, scuba diving, fly fishing, and chronic tinkering with DIY projects.
